Collection of personal information
The Town of Halton Hills collects and uses your personal information to communicate with you about your property taxes and manage your account. The Town uses a cloud-based third-party service provider to administer its tax billing software.
Personal information, as defined by Part II of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of MFIPPA.
